What are the Registration Fees?

What are the additional fees being added to my registration? Here's what you need to know!

You will find your "cart" (similar to the box below) on the right-hand side of your screen during the entire registration process. It will constantly update and reflect an itemized list of all purchases made and fees applied during this transaction.

1. Subtotal refers to the race registration or the listed price of the race you are signing up for. 
2. Processing Fees/Service Fees: This refers to the processing fee, which is a percentage-based fee (calculated on your total purchase, including registration, spectators, etc.) that covers the administrative costs of online registration and credit card processing. These fees are paid directly to a 3rd party for their services and are non-refundable. Processing fees are standard on most online purchases. 
3. Add-Ons: 
   • The Administrative and Insurance Fee covers a number of different costs involved in our events, including administrative and management costs, insurance costs, and expenses for related risk management and safety measures. This fee is not a direct pass-through of third-party costs to the racer and may include revenues to the organiser.
   • Bag check is free and already included in your ticket.
   • Parking is an optional purchase depending on the venue.
