I want to race in a heat that is closed/sold out

Sorry, but once a day is sold out or a heat is sold out, we cannot add you in. We list and promote our races for several months and once a race day is sold out or a heat time is sold out, it is gone. For safety reasons including but not limited to adequate COVID social distancing measures, we can only allow so many racers on a course in any given wave and in a day; if we're at that number, we will not be able to squeeze in your friend, teammate or spouse, no matter how much we'd like to. To prevent this, we encourage you to sign up yourself and your team as early as possible. Where possible we may offer Race Day and Last Minute registrations but this is not guaranteed, and if an event or wave time is is sold out to capacity, these options will not be available. 

If you have a Pass such as a Season Pass, Trifecta Pass or Fiji Ultimate Pass and did not get to sign up online per the details in your confirmation email, you will need to sign up on race day. Please plan to arrive at least 60 minutes before your desired wave and present a copy of your Pass confirmation email and valid photo ID to Registrations. Bear in mind you are not guaranteed a specific start time and will be subject to heat capacities. You may also need to ask a friend to forward race day-specific emails to you prior to the event weekend, or contact info@au.spartan.com for assistance.
