A week before the event, our Volunteers team will email all registered volunteers with more information including your parking pass and entry pass for free entry.
Volunteers also get free bag check - just show off your red Volunteer shirt at the Bag Check tent!
Your selected volunteer shift is shown on your volunteer registration confirmation. If you've accidentally misplaced this email, it will be automatically re-sent to you 48 hours before the event.
Should you need to make any changes to your shift, or if you have any special requirements (e.g. must be sitting down) please speak with our Volunteer Coordinators on the day of the event and our friendly team will be able to accommodate you.
