Your options for the Fiji Spartan Ultimate Pass are:

ULTRA Mode (Elite/Age Group/Open)

• 1x Fiji Spartan 10k Night Trail

Age limit: 18+

BEAST Mode (Elite/Age Group/Open)

• 1x Fiji Spartan Sprint
• 1x Fiji Spartan Super
• 1x Fiji Spartan Beast
• 1x Fiji Spartan HH4HR
• 1x Fiji Spartan 10k Night Trail

Age limit: 14+

How do I use a Fiji Ultimate Pass?

Your first step is to purchase your Fiji Ultimate Pass HERE. Once you've successfully registered for your Fiji Ultimate Pass, you will receive an automated message saying that you still need to finalise your registrations, in order to choose your individual wave time/s as applicable, select your shirt size and join a team.

Only one Fiji Ultimate Pass can be purchased at a time and these are not eligible for group discounts.

Having a Fiji Ultimate Pass DOES NOT guarantee your race entries. It is your responsibility to register online as soon as possible before your preferred waves or races sell out, or before registrations close. We are not able to process registrations with a Fiji Ultimate Pass on the day of the race. No refunds apply.

You will receive an automated receipt email with the following instructions:

1. Head over to My Account.

2. Log in to your account (or create an account if this is your first time) with the SAME email address that you used to register for the Fiji Ultimate Pass - this is important!

3. In your account, locate your redemption code under My Passes. This is also shown at the bottom of your receipt email under Redemption Code.

4. Register for your individual races under ‘View Events’ or CLICK HERE. This is where you will choose your wave times and join your teams. Do not use this code to register for a Fiji Ultimate Pass - you are using your current Pass to claim your individual races (e.g. Sprint and Super)

5. Enter your Redemption Code into the Promo Code field and click 'Apply' before completing your order. This will discount the registration fee that was covered by the Pass, leaving only the optional bag check and Service Fees to be paid. This is charged for each race entry, not per individual.

6. If you do not see your discount apply, or if you are not sure, please do NOT complete your race registration and contact Customer Service at [e-mail]

7. Repeat this process until you have claimed all of the eligible events on your Fiji Ultimate Pass.

Please note: Coupon discount must apply BEFORE checkout, leaving the racer to pay the optional bag check and processing fee ONLY. No refunds apply for accidentally paying for a race that is covered by your Fiji Ultimate Pass. IMPORTANT:

• All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
• Even if you have a Fiji Ultimate Pass, your race registration is not complete until you have used your Pass to claim your individual races.
• A Fiji Ultimate Pass DOES NOT guarantee your race entries. It is your responsibility to register online as soon as possible before your preferred waves or races sell out, or before registrations close. We are not able to process registrations with a Fiji Ultimate Pass on the day of the race. No refunds apply.
• If any of your races are scheduled on the SAME day, you will need to take this into account when selecting your wave times so please choose carefully.
• Tickets redeemed with a Fiji Ultimate Pass cannot be upgraded outside of your chosen race category. If you have registered for a Fiji Ultimate Pass, you cannot upgrade this to Elite or Age Group afterwards so please choose carefully.
  • Elite Passes give you access to Elite, Age Group and Open waves.
  • Age Group Passes give you access to Age Group and Open waves.
  • Open Passes give you access to Open waves only.
• Tickets redeemed with Fiji Ultimate Pass are final and cannot be credited, transferred to another race, or transferred to another participant.
• We are not able to credit current or past registrations toward the cost of a Pass.
• We are not able to refund current registrations if you buy a Pass after signing up for an event.
• No refunds apply if you have 'accidentally' paid for a registration without applying your Pass correctly. It is your responsibility to check that your unique Redemption Code is properly applied before making payment.
• Not valid for Kids Races or any other events outside of the 2023 Fiji Spartan Trifecta Week.
